Erica Kwiatkowski

Erica has a broad range of strategic and campaign experience – having worked extensively with candidates, state and local ballot measures, global private companies and non-profits since joining SCN Strategies in 2012.

Erica has managed a diverse portfolio of projects from media relations, planning and production of television, digital, radio and direct mail advertisements, data and analytics, and debate prep in addition to managing SCN's client relations and operations.

Erica has advised on strategy, planned paid media, and managed the data and analytics for campaigns from a BART Board race, to a Central Valley Congressional, to the historic Soda Tax campaigns in San Francisco and Oakland.

In 2014, Erica focused on Libby Schaaf's successful bid for Mayor of Oakland, leading media relations, fundraising, TV advertising, and direct mail campaign efforts.

In addition to her work at SCN, Erica is the Co-Founder and President of California Women's List, a Political Action Committee dedicated to supporting pro-choice Democratic women running for California state office. She serves on the San Francisco Women's Political Committee Endorsements Committee and is the Development Director for The UCSB Young Alumni Group of San Francisco.

Erica graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA in Political Science.
